Registration and Participation
How do I register for the Kochi Dialogue?
You can register using the registration link shared on the home page. The registration deadline is December 15, 2024. Confirmations will be notified by the end of December 2024.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Registrations are non-transferable. If you cannot attend, please notify the organising team so your spot can be reassigned.
What documents do I need for the registration process?
- Indian participants should produce a valid GOI-approved ID card at the registration desk.
- International participants should produce a valid Government-issued ID card at the registration desk.
Logistics
Will you assist with my visa application process?
While we provide an invitation letter to support your visa application, please note that Visa decisions are entirely at the discretion of the consulate/embassy officials. We recommend contacting the local authority responsible for Visas for specific inquiries or assistance.
Does the conference registration include accommodation?
No, the conference registration does not include accommodation or travel support.
What are the transport options available from the airport to the hotel?
- Cab Services - Prepaid Taxis, Uber, Ola
- Public Transport - Feeder bus from the airport to Aluva metro station ➡️Take the metro from Aluva to Maharajas College ➡️ Take Uber/Ola cab/auto to Vivanta Ernakulam
Are meals provided during the event?
Yes, registered participants will be provided meals and refreshments during the event. Veg or non-veg dietary requirements can be indicated during registration.
